What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name, a description of your enquiry, and any file you choose to attach. We do not ask for anything else, and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we hold it

To answer you, and to keep a record of the conversation if it turns into work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated, and, where an engagement follows, performance of a contract.

Who else sees it

Our authorised service providers — website hosting, cloud infrastructure, business email, security, analytics and communications — may process your personal data only to provide those services to us, on our instructions, and under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We may also disclose information to our professional advisers, or to government authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted after 12 months. Records relating to an engagement are kept for as long as the contract and our legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after that means the revised version applies.
